Terms and Conditions for orders in the First Light online shop (firstlight.pt). Last updated: 18 October 2026.
1. Seller and scope
These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers via the shop at firstlight.pt. The seller is First Light GbR, Chodowieckistraße 30, 10405 Berlin, Germany, represented by Marc Jerschov and Jannick Schulte, email firstlightgang@gmail.com.
2. Ordering and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products on this website is not a binding offer. By clicking "Buy now" you are taken to our secure checkout, where you enter your shipping address and payment details. Your order becomes a binding offer when you confirm payment on the final checkout page. We accept the offer by sending an order confirmation by email, which also contains the contract text. The contract language is English.
3. Prices and shipping
All prices are in euros. First Light GbR is a small business under Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG); therefore no VAT is charged or shown (Gemäß § 19 UStG wird keine Umsatzsteuer berechnet.). Shipping within Germany is included in the price. We currently ship to addresses in Germany only.
4. Payment
Payment is processed by our payment provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Available methods are shown at checkout (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal). The purchase price is charged when the order is placed.
5. Delivery
The First Light Calendar 2027 is sold as a pre-order. We dispatch all orders on 12 December 2026 at the latest, by DHL parcel. Typical delivery time after dispatch is 1–3 working days within Germany. If a delivery is delayed for reasons beyond our control, we will inform you by email.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Details and the model withdrawal form can be found on our Right of withdrawal page.
8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. If the goods are damaged or faulty on arrival, please contact us at firstlightgang@gmail.com — we will replace the item or refund you.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
10. Final provisions
German law applies. If you are a consumer in another EU country, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
